If you are going to record audio, be sure that you are in a single-consent state or be absolutely certain that the MSC (or employer) has obtained written consent if it is a dual-consent state. And if you end up recording someone else in a dual-consent state who has a reasonable expectation of privacy, you have technically committed a felony in many of those dual-consent states.
