Investment Property Group Curb appeal

I've seen 2 of these pop up. One is close to me. I looked up the address and the picture shows a mobile home. Has anyone done one of these? If so, will you please share what is involved. The fee listed is pretty good. Thank you.

If it's the same one that I did, you will take pictures of the exterior from different angles and distances. For the one that I did, the client was looking to see if a certain branding remained from a previous company.
