Since we are on vacation, I created a spreadsheet using Google sheets. I created a sheet for each month of the tax year 2019. On it I included the date, MSC, job, start and end addresses, total mileage, fee, reimbursement, cost, profit, comments, and if paid. I started for this month. I will go work backwards. This is some undertaking!
