Does anyone use a spreadsheet to track activity and payment details?

Your spreadsheet that you use would you be willing to sell a copy of it; if so how much would you like?

Today I learned what a pivot table is. I'll probably never use or if I do I will not be one that I created.
If, through our joint efforts, a tool is created, then I would consider it open source and freely sharable and modifiable by anyone. : )

Bilingual (Spanish<>English)
I have. Do it as you go for miles, expenses, payments, and other office expense. Also for scheduled shops to route them and avoid issues.
Last time I worked with very complicated workbooks with a lot of spreadsheets was in 2009. I used to export data off of many different platforms using SQL and then put it in a file format and import that into Excel and generate reports through Excel. I wouldn't mind working with a joint effort like you said. I'm new to this group so I do not know if you can private message a person this is the first day I'm using this formed. I'm rusty and just revved belt started to work on ship assignments, use to do this back in late 90s to sound 2003 when i became disabled to work. Tried working in 2009 again but someone didn't like the accommodations i was receiving. I left i couldn't deal with that on top of every thing else.
I started with the forum one mentioned by HoneyBrown and Jasflamt. Then went back to paper.
My 12 month calendar has pockets for each month and a ledger for each month.
Receipts/notes in pocket. Columns in ledger for reimbursement, fee, paid, etc.

I don't do a lot of shops though.
Where and how do I get to that form to find this template please? Thank you in advance.
Could i get a blank copy? Can you send files through here? I'm new still learning this forum thing. LOL
OP, you are reinventing the wheel. The spreadsheet posted here on the forum is a highly serviceable one, although you will probably tweak it a little as time goes on. On a more general note, I don't know how anybody can do this without a spreadsheet.
How do I find the spreadsheet you're talking about on here? I'm at a complete loss.

I have a documeht in Evernote for every two months. I list the date, company, fee, reimbursement, and location. I figured everything out by hand for each MSC using a spiral notebook, same for the mileage.

Since we are on vacation, I created a spreadsheet using Google sheets. I created a sheet for each month of the tax year 2019. On it I included the date, MSC, job, start and end addresses, total mileage, fee, reimbursement, cost, profit, comments, and if paid. I started for this month. I will go work backwards. This is some undertaking!
I created a very simple excel spreadsheet that I use right on my cellphone. About 6 columns, 3 highlighted colors (blue for upcoming jobs, yellow for jobs done and waiting for payment and green for paid jobs). I would be willing to share a blank copy via Messages or Email.

It's the third post in this thread. JASFLALMT posted the link on June 12.
