Apartment shops

This is my first post here. Been wondering about doing apartment shops. Are they hard? This would be for Shoppers Inc. It mentions a target agent and that seems like it could be a problem, what happens if you can't reach the targeted agent?

You are correct in that targets CAN be a problem. Unless you are fortunate and quickly reach the person, it will range from an inconvenience to a PITA. While some MSC's permit a shopper to ask for the agent, usually after a set number of attempts, I rarely have worked for such a company. As to the report, it will run the gamut from 45 minutes to in excess of one hour; especially if it is your first time for the client. My longest was almost two hours of repetition that was mind boggling. Finally, the visits ran from 15 to 45 minutes. If you total the call, prep, drive time and report, I am estimating the 300+ I have completed averaged two hours +. This is why when one sees work of this type for $20, they should, unless they are desperate, immediately look elsewhere..
