Has anyone else has issues with the green stations visual test?

I have went round and round with it and can't figure out the mistake and can't get a hold of the scheduler.

Yeah I couldn't get it either, and I've done a bajillion of these in the past. I just decided to forget it for the next week because I'm already up to my eyeballs in work.
If this is the cert test, try changing question 11 to b. Do not know if that helps but it was the one I could not get right. I do not know the question or the answer. If it works let me know. ????
I didn't pass my certification, but I got an email from the scheduler asking if I need help with a quiz. No... I have six years of college and I have published articles; so I believe I can read, write, and comprehend the English language. Equine24, why is it necessary to manipulate the test to pass? These type of activities.... they compromise the integrity of the shopper and the MSC. If I can't read the information, look up the answers, and pass a test on my own ability, don't ask me to compromise MY integrity. Speaks volumes of the scheduler and MSC, that they WILL compromise to get the job done.
Ms.Baker - Sometimes the scheduler offers help because no one can pass the test. Some of the tests are VERY poorly written. Some ask questions about the side of the building or the side of a gas pump that can't be seen in the photo. Some ask questions about "facts" in an old version of the Guidelines. Years ago, I complained to one MSC Scheduler that the company I worked for as a trainer had an obligation to train employees and then make sure that the test tested the right information. The Scheduler rather rudely pointed out that I was a contractor and not an employee and therefore those rules did not apply. So, if a Scheduler offers me help, I take it. It may mean that there is a problem with the test. I have 4 years college and 4 years of grad school, and if I can't pass a test, have failed twice already, and have just one more chance to pass and keep missing 1 out of 30 questions, I call the scheduler.

Ms.Baker-I agree it is frustrating, but I finally found one of the answers in the material only available AFTER you pass the test. It was not available in the guidelines. I was happy I found the answer even though the scheduler had to assist me.
That is frustrating to me... that you will get ahead because you compromised. The first problem is a scheduler that will compromise. The second is a shopper who will go along with the scheduler. That show no integrity. Without integrity in this business, your report means nothing. I don't understand the lack of integrity, when supposedly, this business is based on it. I'm moving on... because I will only be in an argument here about people thinking they are right in doing the wrong thing.... just to get ahead. Get some scruples. That's all I can say.
I passed the test and did not need help with it. Keep trying.

The guidelines do need updating, though.

I am going to take the high road here and "pretend" you did not question my integrity. Have a nice evening Ms. Baker.
So, finding out an answer to a question for which the answer does not appear in the Guidelines or anywhere else is cheating? Finding out what is on the side of a pump that is not shown in the supplied photograph is cheating? I guess I will have to live with being a cheater.

I have to agree. These are "open book" tests -- therefore, the answer SHOULD BE IN THE BOOK. It's not. It just absolutely is NOT.

I HATE cheating. I won't forgive Biden for his college cheating.

This is NOT cheating.

By definition, it's impossible to cheat on an "open book" test.

And really, I have taken tests where what's tested just even isn't related to what it's testing.
That is the correct answer, however I can only score a 93%. I have taken state nursing boards(passed the 1st time with honors), have a bachelor's,masters(both with magna sum cum laude) and passed my LSATs with flying colors,so I am not not exactly stupid. The tests are poorly written and conflict with the material that is in the guidelines. So it is NOT cheating

For the visual test try not selecting that you need to take the POP materials with you for Q #1. It's the only one you don't select for that question. I checked all of them, and it was wrong. Scheduler helped me CHEAT...LOL

You're having trouble seeing the big picture.
