Consumer Audit 2019 SP2

I did one of these and was surprised at how many times indicating an issue did NOT require an accompanying photo. Has it changed or am I misremembering from last time around? It seemed a lot easier and less picky than last time.

Seriously, nobody cares that you're offended.
The issues I found at the pumps I included in an additional photo under the main pump photo.
What is the difference between the consumer audit and the visual standards? Last round I did consumer audit and dark audit. (Obvious differences) This round when I look at the guidelines for the visual and consumer audits they seem to overlap what is being checked. Am I wrong, or does it seem like the two shops could be way to send two shoppers to the same location for something that could be done in a single visit?
The visual audit requires only an instore purchase and no MID picture and only the front of the canopy with helios.
You do need an MID picture for visuals. You don't need to check current POP, but do have to check those canisters for current cc apps and brochures. No gas purchase for visuals.

And you do have to check for the "Bright Green" things to see if they have them and are up to standards. Still have to take photos of all pumps. Kind of the same, but different. It's revealed..no mystery shop part

Last summer (different MSP) the client backed down and let the consumer happen during the same visit as the visual standards shop as long as one was done before the other and all of the photos were unique. I wonder if they will get to that point, particularly for rural areas where there is considerable mileage involved.
If it's the client who wants them separated like that, they are delusional, at least in those rural locations. I used to do some of those locations and while they may be 50 miles as the crow flies, winding mountain roads make them 2 hours away. I was shopping metro areas last year and they couldn't get them done.
I really don't like using the app for this MSC. It seems to take me forever.
