I just did one today. You have to order the carne asada steak in a bowl, taco or salad (no burrito, probably because you have to take an overhead photo). You have to ask what the carne asada is, ask for a sample, take only a small bite of the sample, save the cup and the sample and take a photo. Also take an overhead view of the entree, plus a photo of the steak on the fork. Take note of what type of pan is used (smaller or larger) and if they use a slotted spoon (mine used tongs) and if the pan is located between the chicken and the fajita mix pans. Count the number of customers ahead of you and the number of employees on the front line. Not much narrative. I did the report on my ipad and it was time-consuming to upload the photos for some reason. To me, the report was not bad at all but I probably won't do these again. My total came to $12.09 and it only reimburses $12. The $6 fee is insulting.
