I've shopped a lot of Five Guys and always said I wanted a burger. Then I remained quiet to see if they would say "Fries and a drink with that?" One time a Manager forgot to ask me if I wanted drink and fries! 
But even ordering on my own dime, I usually just say the burger and the store will ask if I want to make it a combo? That's because I am really looking at the menu trying to decide.
