I really do not understand why an associate feels the need to call out a mystery shopper. They know that they are mystery shopped so just hit your points and everyone will be happy. One time I was doing a follow-up call at a shop and the associate responded with "mystery shopper". I just laughed and asked "what is a mystery shopper?" but in my mind, I was thinking "what a stupid thing to say".
