Closed shops -- NO payment??

Yes, I remember reading that some shoppers had problems getting paid. I was never one of them, but I haven't shopped for them in at least 5 years.

Oh wow.. I've never had an issue with payment. I will say the fees are very low. But they are easy shops so that's why I do them and I usually like the food I'm getting. But after this experience, I'm not so sure about them.
I believe those issues disappeared a long time ago, well before they changed their name, and it wasn't an issue with people not getting paid at all, it's just that payment was very slow and not according to their posted payment schedule. Shoppers were having to chase payments, which always sucks. But no one got completely stiffed.
Im sorry you got such confusing responses. I find the calling before you go rules to be unfair sometimes. I got the same exact message(the first one) from 360 Intel for a closed shop. I called the location and listened to an automated message stating their regular store hours but apparently they had a water leak and was closed the day I scheduled my shop. I told the scheduled all of this, took a picture of the sign on the store saying there was a leak and still they refused to pay.
I've done several shops with 360, but I've only done shops that I've actually seen in real life to know where they were and open. This is an annoying thing, especially when you're getting the runaround, but I wouldn't not do shops because of this one incident.

@Tereceag That's really messed up. Sometimes there really is just no way to know... but it doesn't seem like they care.

Same. I called, asked their hours. When I went, they were closed. Apparently, they open and close whenever they feel like it. I did not get paid either. This was 360 Intel.
I am glad to finally read some feedback on 360 Intel. I was offered a few nice restaurant shops from a scheduler I use at a different company. I searched this forum for any information on 360Intel and found nothing at all. So now I am kind of glad I never applied....But if there are those out there with positive things to say about the company I will reconsider. I am not running for office so I am allowed to change my mind.
@sandyf I just started shopping with them and the platform that they are on earlier this year. I have done several shops and haven't had any problems so far. They pay on time (anywhere from 4-6 weeks for me) and the shops were very easy. I did one today, in the store and reporting took me less than 20 minutes. A lot are flat fee, which includes your purchase, but I find that it is worth it. I almost always schedule one of their dining shops at the casino to pay for lunch/dinner and make a few bucks on a long work day.

@sandyf I have done some shops for them this year and last, and was paid at the end of the month after the shop was completed. That could mean 4 to 8 weeks.

Aw, that sucks! I'm exasperated with people NOT following thru with what they commit to.
