I have applied for a couple of regular box shops. However I am having trouble passing the test. I have looked over the guidelines and I have two windows open.
E-mail the scheduler. She will either reset the test for you, or help you find where you've gone wrong.
I have done many USPS shops -- and still have trouble every quarter!
There is another thread with the same concerns...but carefully look at the pics and make sure you can see what each person is actually doing. Not everyone is doing the same thing.
