First, remove all references to the client from your post. It is a violation of the ICA you signed with RGB, and it is a violation of forum rules. Second, before you do a shop for anyone be sure to access the report to be sure you understand the requirements and know what you need to do for the report.

As for how to file reports, go to your shop log and click the "Confirm!" option if it is showing. Then click the "Guidelines" link. After downloading the guidelines click the option to "return to shop log" and wait for the page to reload. You will then have access to the "View/Enter Report" option.

Just so you know, it's okay to name the MSC OR the client but not both in the same thread. We know it was RBG (based on stormraven's post). I think I know which client it was based on another post you made. You can always give a generic reference to the client such as "steakhouse" or "pizza place" whenever you are talking about a client and you have named the MSC already. You can also start a thread about a client by name as long as you don't mention which MSC it is...
