Reshops?

I'm new to MS!...I seem to say this every time I have posted, but it's true and I'm basing a lot of what I learn about MS on observations. I recently (two days ago) did a shop at a food establishment (franchise it is) that did not do so well at a number of metrics in the form, and I just saw that the same shop is posted by the MSC and labelled as a "reshop." The shop, however, is shown to be approved on my end and not rejected. In the past, when I've seen the "reshop" label, I conveniently assumed that the previous shop was lacking in something resulting in a reshop and obviously I was mistaken. So my question is what is the reason for a reshop? Is it because the franchise owner disputed? (She saw me wiping down the dirty chair as she was entering the premise from outside and asked me if the chairs were dirty) Is it more client based (they were told about the shortcomings in a previous shop) than shopper based? If so, I am genuinely stunned how on it this client is to improve service/etc.!

If the shop scores below what the client finds an acceptable level, they will often request a reshop to see if that is the norm for that location or if the shopper just caught them on a bad day.

Thank you, Sandy.
Or to make sure things got done. I shopped a landscape evaluation and reported a few things as needing to be done as a priority (excessive litter, dead plants) and two weeks later the shop was posted again. I did it again (there a very, very few shoppers in my area) and was happy to report everything had been fixed.
