I have always deleted the emails for the Mazda service shops without even opening them. Today a family member bought a used Mazda and it needs servicing. Can anyone give me a hint of when these emails come out. I know I have seen them multiple times in the last few months. I just wished I would have looked at who sent them.
I don't know about where you are, but the Mazda shops around me aren't for Mazda cars, they are for Lexus service. Apparently Mazda doesn't expect good service at their dealerships, but they do at Lexus dealers. lol
Yoya, I was checking your previous posts to see if I could tell where you were located, and in one of those posts you were praising this MSC's app. In my area (New England) they are looking for Mazdas.
The Mazda shops I've seen recently around the So Cal area looked to be for Mazda cars. I've been eyeing them but every time they are well bonused I'm busy and concerned the writeup will be too much. Would love to hear from people that have done them.
Thanks everyone for your input. I was able to search last night and found the MSC. It looks like the last round of shops just ended. I will keep my eyes open for the next round to start.
As I have driven Miatas for 13 years, I was contacted and would have readily accepted the work, but all dealerships were in excess of 150 miles from me and the fee/service would not have covered both my drive time and mileage.

I believe the same MSC offered shops at Mazda and Lexus. I took my Mazda in for a shop a few months ago when the program began. My Mazda dealership was all smiles until I presented a coupon from their website (it was allowed). That changed everything and I wrote it in the report. I don't expect good service at that dealership any more!
