yep. lots and lots of that. also, the requirement that you must go to a URL from one of WGL's clients following the confidential document delivery, and enter even more information..while on site. No thanks ! That's adding to the risk factor. Onto Observa...

I did one of these in my zip code yesterday. It was simple, but nerve wracking. Luckily, the person wasn't home and neither was their vehicle.

What was the fee?
The url report was very short. It was 5 questions about the house. There was no narrative.

It was, but too close to not do it. Plus I wanted to have one under my belt.

I just recently started looking into doing Process Serving here in Tx. It is around $27 I think - they say average pay is about $30 per hour - its part time. However, you do have to be certified here in Tx.
I received a phone call today to take one photo at a location less than a mile away for $15. Apparently a photo was missed during the visit and they need someone to complete it by getting the one picture. I have done auto claim Looks for them, but I am just not comfortable with the document delivery one. I could see that easily going sideways with a person who is feeling stressed about the situation and is not happy that someone is on their property taking a picture of their vehicle. Hard pass for me.

WGL just posted a Pick Up & Delivery: Property and Evidence Look for $20.

The "Evidence" part is interesting.

panama, exactly! The description makes it seem like a recall, but the title is more ominous.
