I used to do Postal Annex but I think they may have changed MSC's. Have not seen them for a while and I miss getting all my cards.
Why on earth not? No clients have been mentioned.

The USPSshops that have you visit a non-USPS location include locations which include retailers which sell stationary. If they do their job correctly and refuse a hazmat shipment, then you have to buy something in the store to get a receipt.

If you live near a Hallmark Gold Crown store sign up to be a member. Every Friday until Sept 1 free 'Just Because' card per member. Plus a lot of coupons are e-mailed. No reports to write.
Market Force's hardware store sells cards. There is a location in DC.

I don’t think that Hallmark is shopped.

Honestly, if Hallmark and Barnes and Noble are both around in five years, I will be stunned.
They closed a huge Hallmark near me and Starbucks enlarged and took it over, fabulous Starbucks who rule the world.

I'm not asking for a specific store. Just stores that specialize in stationary. There are several stores besides Hallmark
