Anonymous Citation

I just realized that I have a new citation from yesterday (I have accumulated two from the past 5 years). I did not flake out on any shops. There is no business name associated with the flake and the manager name shows my name.

Aside from contacting every company that issues citations in this manner, does anyone have recommendations for tracking this down or removing this anonymous citation.

While we're on the subject. Does anyone ever get awarded shops with three or more citations? I just feel like a bad schoolgirl who will never get awarded shops again. smiling smiley

If this is with a company that uses a SASSIE platform, it is not really a citation. It shows up as one, but you will see that it doesn't affect your rating. It is simply to let them know that you agreed to the new platform privacy policy.
And yes, depending on the reason for the citations, you will still get shops again. The problem is that it will be tougher to get shops that shoppers with no citations have applied for. Maybe the scheduler for that company is like I am. If you offer to do a difficult to fill location, I have been known to delete a citation in return.
Yes it's the Sassie Platform. I already had one scheduler say that she cannot see it. So weird.

One of my citations is from 2015 and my car broke down at 4 pm on the last day of the month. Wasn't much I could do about that. I was stranded for about 2 hours and then the job could not be shopped because the time was too late. I did let the scheduler know immediately so that someone else could possibly go.

I wish we could add a note to a citation. I also think they should probably disappear after a period of time. One incident four years ago probably should not prevent me from getting work.
I have one from almost a decade ago that I had never even done any work for until about 4 years ago and no one will remove it for me. It wasn't even for a shop in my state, so I wouldn't have taken that back then.
