Texas Roadhouse

Hi, I am a new shopper and I’m curious about if we are allowed to use coupons for Roadhouse as a shopper?

Read the fine print in the guidelines. You cannot use coupons. You can use gift cards though.
While one may not use a coupon, it is permissible for veterans to accept a discount. All locations I shop reduce the final bill by 10% everyday and one has a 20% discount on Mondays.
Really!?!? A discount is allowed? I've missed out on so much savings! I'll ask my local TRs to see if they offer a veteran's discount too. Thanks for the informative tip!
I would email the scheduler to see. I am a fairly new shopper for them and they accepted a shop that had the free appetizer from the app. I did it before I realized that was in the guidelines. I however did not make it apparent what I got and my bill was over $60 for 3 people. (father loves their $20 steak and after the coupon) I also had no complaints about the place to begin with.

I do another buffet style shop with another company and even though they say no coupons for that particular shop, I asked and they agreed to allow coupons as long as I do not talk about the coupon but other aspects.

At worst they will say no but maybe it depends on the deal? I will have to ask as next month is my bday and IDK what they give for birthdays.
Of the four chain steakhouses in my local area of SW Ohio, TR is the only one I have yet to hear the slightest negative comment concerning their food. I am definitely not wild about the music, but I block it for the 45 + minutes it takes to complete the bar assignment. I would, without hesitation, pick a $25 meal at TR over the other three @ $50. Obviously, other diners feel the same, as, at least in my area, TR has competitors but no competition.
What kind of receipt do you have to have for these? I'm guessing a credit card slip won't do. TIA.
Every TR shop that I have done (and virtually every restaurant shop I have ever done) has required that I have the itemized receipt showing what I was charged for.

Shopping Southeast Pennsylvania, Delaware above the canal, and South Jersey since 2008
I agree with myst4au. All eateries I have ever completed required at least the itemized receipt.

@dailydog - if you are wondering about what TRH does for your birthday - you get an email, if you are signed up for their email, with an offer for a free appetizer or a sidekick of ribs. Yummy Also if you haven't signed up for the emails - you get a free appetizer with that too!
