Loan App Testing - Possible Scam

I received an email about a loan app testing shop that pays $75 (within 2 to 3 days). The link is to a company I've dealt with before, but there's no corresponding shop listed on their website. Has anyone else seen / done one of these? I'm in the "sounds too good to be true" camp right now.

There are a number of loan app testing shops out there right now for about 5 different clients, spread across 3-4 MSCs. Some of them go VERY fast, and if you are in an area where banks are not thick on the ground, you may not see them on a job board unless you are lightning fast. In the DMV area, because of all the many, mnay banks within 10 miles of any shopper, there are always some on the boards. What MSC (do not name the client, please) are you asking about?

I just checked and, between home loan, auto loan, and HELOC, inquiries, there are 36, just for one client, within 8 miles of my home.

Usually scammers aim a little higher than $75. That amount dosen't seem unreasonable for the shop.
ani,There is also at least one banking and financial services MSC that puts nothing on their job board. Everything is offered to established shoppers via email, either from the MSC or from independent scheduler Judy Imboden.

ani, I was invited to do one of the shops that walesmaven mentions above. I worried about it as I was not signed up with that company and the job was not listed on the job board. Evidently many of their jobs are by invitation. My pay was quite a bit over the fee you mention and I got paid in about two weeks. If you simply ask about the msc since you have not mentioned the client someone can tell you if they are legit.
You can also call which ever msc the job is supposedly from and ask about it. Get the phone number from their website. Not from the email they sent.
