Account closed due to Fraud.

Hi, my account has been closed with a MS company as they thought I was using 2 email accounts whereas I wasn't had only changed email address. The company didn't change details & is classed as a Fraud incident. I explained to the Fraud Manager & he's blatently refusing to listen on my view. Is there anything I can do or has anybody gone through this sort of experience.

Sounds like MF. they tend to be intractable. Others will probably comment. Hopefully, someone will have a route forward for you.

I explained to them that I'm using only 1 email & somehow they didn't believe me as there were 2 on their system. All I can say is BOLLOCKS to them as it's their loss.
Sometimes you just have to say "What the hell" and move on. There are lots of mystery shopping companies. If one company closes your account down, there are plenty of others to work for.
Did you go into your account details and change your email address or did you just open a new account with the new email address? Seems to me if you just changed your profile email address to another one within your original account this would be something the company could check on and it may be worth sending a note to whatever general email address they have rather than dealing with the particular person who will not listen.
Sandyf makes a good point. I will take the opposite case. If you chose to create a new account using a second email account, then I understand why they are upset. Even if you say that you are only going to use one account, you have violated "the-world-as-Market-Force-sees-it" and you might not have any recourse.

I changed my email address a while back, updated it to all my accounts on all the different platforms, no problems.

As others have mentioned, there is a distinct difference between updating ones contact information and creating another account. Looking forward to the OP clarifying this.

nothing lost with MF. They also do not allow two family members to share a checking account for deposits.
My account was with Mystery Shoppers UK & was only using new email. Somehow on their system there's 2. I did explain but their Fraud Manager was just not listening to me. Is it advisable to complain to the Chief Executive or move on. Anyway, plenty of other companies to work for.
