need help with circle k ASAP... both promotional items not carried

what do i do in this instance?

Just report it. That is what I do. I will add, however, that there is more than one MSC, so my advice only applies to Circle K shops in my area of the country. But in this area, they frequently do not have the monthly items when I look for them, and I simply say No, rather than Yes.

i ended up just getting gas(needed it anyway) so i could get a receipt for proof of visit, and took the curbside photo. you would think it would tell us on the guidelines what to do in this situation. to be fair, i've been doing the shops since 2015, and it's not happened before, though the 2 items this month are a little more obscure than usual.

You aren't Great Lakes, then. For my region they would not accept a gas receipt, it would have to be an in-store promotional item.

And you are not in my area. the required purchase for me has to be of several specific items from the cooler.
