Since you have named the client, please remove the names of both of the MSCs. Naming client and MSC in one post not only violates forum rules, but also if almost certainly a violation of the ICA agreement that you signed with the first MSC named.

The Ferries used to be mysteryshopped. ( I never did one, just saw on jobboards) I don't know if they are shopped now. That is what the OP was asking.
You can ask if they are shopped but not which mystery shopping company has them as a client.
