Dr office brochures question?

I did 4 of these last round. I actually did 2 of them, as the other two had issues. The one of the issue offices, moved and no longer wanted the service. I talked to a nice lady at the office and told me they are even no longer at this location.

I reported this as such. Tonight I see a bonused shop for the exact office and location (old location). Basically as if they never took it off the rolls for this shop.

Would you take this shop or not?

I was sent to the same closed gas station 4 months in a row and collected the full fee all four times. My view is that if they don't send me, they will send someone else who will collect the fee. My advice, try to get the shop if you are eligible and collect the bonus. If not you, someone else will.

Shopping Southeast Pennsylvania, Delaware above the canal, and South Jersey since 2008
Take the shop and get paid. Tptb might need multiple iterations of the story, the move, and the request for discontinuing the service. We do not know what the contract between the location and the brochure provider is, so it might be relevant to continue to document this part of the story. It is always good to point out on the LOA where the contact information is so that the office staff can communicate directly with the brochure provider.

I had a location that had terminated its service. I was able to submit copies of relevant communications between office manager and brochure provider regarding that. (Those were given to me voluntarily. I did not ask for them!) I do not know if anyone will be sent in a future round ...

I would take the shop to get it "on hold" and then give them a call to inform them of their mistake.

I have been given mercy when I messed up something (big or small), so it is a nice thing to do. It's hard to keep track of everything. Schedulers aren't exactly making cardiologist types of salaries.

I accepted the shop, and simply filled out the info explaining they are at (insert new address) submitted it. I should get at least $5 for the shop as it was just a phone call. Not bad for about 5 min (guessing) amount of work.
