Sassie call dropped, what do you do?

I was doing a shop today via a recorded number provided in a sassie shop log. In the middle of the call it dropped. I was wondering what do you normally do when this happens? Do you just call back and both calls get recorded?

Normally sassie phone recorded shops contain 1 number and access code only but unbeknownst to me at the time the Sassie shop log actually had 3 numbers and access codes and stated if a call was dropped the existing call would get wiped out.

Unfortunately none of this was covered in the guidelines about what to do if the call drops.

I believe when this normally happens you just call the number again and enter in same access code again right?

In my experience (which is limited), you wait until the phone call shows at the bottom of the page as recorded.

Then you call again; you'll get a different code #.
sheikh, Did you contact your scheduler?
This happened to me earlier today (but I think it's a different shop). The Sassie system only allowed one call, so I couldn't place the call again. I contacted my scheduler, and she said it's an issue with the phone system of the location being shopped. She re-scheduled it for another day.

If there are not specific instructions on what to do in this kind of circumstance in your shop instructions, I would contact your scheduler. For our phone shops, we would have you handle the situation in different ways depending on the client/scenario.
