Sassie platform and email offers "off"

I apologize if this has been asked before. I am finding that some of the companies I shop for that use Sassie randomly change the profile setting to receive shop offers by email to "no" when I always set up for "yes". I hate to miss out on offers! Does anyone else have this happen? I have been just changing it back for each company, but want to know how to prevent the issue from recurring. Thanks.

Sassie recently did an email purge of shoppers who had not been active in 2 years. A JMRidgeway sent out an announcement.

Thank you, all the companies I've had the issue with I completed shops for 3-4 months ago. It does not appear I can contact Sassie directly, they defer you to your schedulers. Thanks for the reply!
I'm not certain about Sassie in particular, but I know that my settings were screwy on my email earlier this year and I stopped getting shop emails for a company I had only done one shop for about year ago but lusted after the shops in other areas that came to my inbox quite frequently. . I clicked on my profile to see if I had been deactivated and there was an alert that my email was getting bounced back and to change my settings to ON if I wanted to receive email offers. Check to make sure that your emails aren't getting bounced back and they automatically turned it off in your profile.

I was updating my extended profile for Shopper's View, and got a convoluted data mining error. It included an email for Sassie Support: support@sassieshop.com.

Not saying this happened in your case, but if a shopper is deactivated we will turn their emails off.
I contacted two of the companies, the schedulers did not know why yes I was current and active with both of them. Thank you for all of your replies. I do know some emails end up in my spam folder which I do not check regularly I will definitely keep an eye on that.
This year, SASSIE started doing what they call, "Shopper Email Cleaning". At the start of the each month, the system automatically turns off email notification on accounts who have not logged in within a certain time period. Each MSC can set the timeperiod this is based off of (between 18 months and 5 years). The default setting is 2 years. They do this to help avoid getting placed on spam blacklists. If you want to ensure your emails stay on, it would be a good idea to sign on to all of your SASSIE accounts once a year.

In addition, emails often get placed on a DO NOT EMAIL list when a lot of emails from SASSIE to a certain domain were bounced or marked as spam within a certain amount of time. If this happens, you'll have a notice at the top of your account with a link to restart your emails (see screenshot below):

The best way to combat this is to add yourself to SASSIE's protected list: [www.sassieshop.com]. This requires you to register for JobSlinger (which is free). You can also add @sassieshop.com to the white list on your email program.

Thank you for your lengthy reply Christine. I have logged into each of the websites and have completed shops for the companies that the issue is with within the past 4 months. And I am on jobslinger as well. But I will keep all of that in mind moving forward. Thank you again.
