Often times MSC's have a shopper shop a location in person (most common) and once in a while via phone shop. Tt only recently became known to me that if I do a phone shop for location x, that is counted as a 'visit', therefore I can't be eligible for a physical visit to the location for in some cases one year. This stinks b/c I may have signed up for a quick $5 phone shop, yet when a much juicier $30 site visit comes around, I'm told I 'visited' the location recently. So, becareful when taking these phone shops for a quick buck, you may be locking yourself out of bigger $ up ahead when a site visit comes around.
