Servimer is great! I've only done one shop but their fees seem fair and they respond quickly when you have questions or ask about scheduling. But they pay 30-35 days after the month in which your shop was completed, so just a heads up since it sort of sounds like you're asking about companies that pay quickly.

Servimer offers direct deposit. September shop fees and reimbursements were deposited near the end of October. So, that means they pay monthly, as far as I am concerned.
