Does anyone else find that SQM never answers questions?

SQM is notoriously impersonal I always have to email to ask them about if they got my receipts. They provide minimal guidedance and NO feedback (beside the yes/no summary saying it was accepted) which can be frustrating. I like their shops though but take the max time to pay I mean the LAST day of the month. Lastly, they almost never bonus shops unless they add the SQM points which in my area for some shops were recently dropped to 1500 points or 1.5 dollars. Mind you the minimum points to cash out is 10 000 points. For a mystery shop company, they could work on their customer service but hey it it is a job after all!
I recently did a shop for them. My scheduler was Suzette and she was very responsive.

Have you ever read the Ask Sally section on their website? I cant believe how dismissive they are to shoppers' questions.
Isle, please remove the name of the client from your post. Naming both the MSC and the client is a violation of forum rues, not to mention of your ICA with the MSC.
