Yes, I've seen them. And little or no reimbursement. I wouldn't do the shop EVEN IF I were actually AT that station getting gas!!!!

I recently saw a merchandising shop that said it would take about an hour ... for $8! Not even minimum wage in many states (except mine, where it’s a ridiculous $7.35 an hour).

Who accepts those shops?

Someone mentioned .50 cent Trend Source phone shops before. That was presumably years ago. But, still...if I saw that I'd practically want to take a photo of the offer. lol. Definitely the lowest conceivable fee I could even imagine. Less than a buck. LOLLOLOL

I was going to say something like that, but when I saw your post about not doing it even if you were at the gas station getting gas, I assumed it wasn't worth the time/effort for $4.

People doing the apps, especially Field Agent. I am shocked by the number of people I see in the FA Facebook group taking jobs for dirt cheap.

Bob's comment--shoptastic "hit the nail on the head." My recommendation to all who qualify is to apply for retirement, assisted living and/or memory care jobs. As the communities
charge upwards of $10,000 a month, MSC's bill the client accordingly and are willing to pay for dependable and competent shoppers. The eleven I have completed this year range from $70 to $150. In 2017, there was an occasion when I was able to route three such shops, but generally two is the maximum, with a single shop being the norm.
