Best mystery shopping app for smart phone?

I recently upgraded to a smart phone. I used to use a regular phone and use the "notepad" function to take notes during my shops. Any suggestions for apps on the andriod market to help me take notes/times during a shop?

I use Stopwatch for timing shops, just hit the lap timer between timing points

I use Notepad for recording useful info or taking info into a shop that I am supposed to know from "memory". Looks like I am texting.

If you park in shopping centers and have trouble finding your vehicle, there are several nifty car finder applications. (Sorry have yet to find any free Alzheimer's tests.)

I use stopwatch, and sometimes I'll start an email, save it as a draft, and then add to it. However, the voice recorder has been the most advantageous thing for me about having a Droid. I'll often use that in lieu of anything else. It's really easy to record notes and have it look like you're just talking on the phone.

It was the only thing that would work for that silly IKEA shop.. uhhh..
