Can someone recommend a good voice to text app for me to help with my narratives thank you in advance.

Just use the microphone icon on your keyboard. Don't need a separate app. The microphone works on online forms, text messaging and note taking or document writing.
I use the microphone icon all the time, too. Punctuation commands are needed, as is careful proof-reading.

Yes, PLEASE proofread.
Even with a dedicated app, the words do not always come out as one intends. So double-checking is always needed.
If you are disciplined, you can say "comma" or "period" or etc. just the way "bosses" did in the 1950's when giving dictation. Then, use search and replace to replace the punctuation word with the punctuation mark (not possible in the 1950's).
