New Balance

Does anyone know where this has gone? Well, I guess, more appropriately, since the MSC can't be named, let me ask this. I found an old shop from a few years ago. I looked at their website, and don't see NB anywhere. Does anyone know if they've appeared in a new MSC, or if they simply disappeared, or even if I'm just not seeing the shop at the moment and it's still with the same MSC?

I really need to get new shoes.

It’s been shopped by the same MSC for a few years but they are notorious for paying late. I can‘t tell you exactly how long they have had the client though.
yes just got email for one today. The MSC is international and has a history of paying late and having to be chased for payment.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
Hmm, I never had a problem with them paying late previously. Wonder if it's a new MSC rather than the old one.
I just signed up with this MSC but did not know they had a history of paying late, I also noticed thats the only shop they had. Does anyone know of other MSC that does shoes or clothing retail mystery shops?
For the right bonus I might do this shop, even though it's 50 miles away, if it was any other MSC. But I'm not willing to risk it with this bunch.
Other MSCs that have shoe shops not NB. Bare and Shared insights. Intellishop used to have one but lost the client to Bare. Oh and Buzz Agents formerly Northfork Research Formerly ICCDS.

The Brandt Group also has shops for one specific brand.

Yep. I wouldn’t do the shop for $100 bonus because I know I would waste more than $100 of my time trying to get paid 3-4 months later if at all.
I just completed a New Balance for a nice fee ($50 total). Each time I do this assignment, the MSC changes the survey format. However I know they are still not asking the questions correctly, so I can expect them to be asking me for clarifications and more information as they usually do. I sort of know what information they need but it is difficult to give it to them with the survey questions that are asked. I also know that I will have to follow up with them for payment.

Sure enough, they just sent me an email with seven questions about my visit. Most of them were to confirm what I had already provided in the report. I did provide a bit more narrative about each question. This is par for the course when dealing with this MSC and this particular client. Now I will wait a couple of months before sending them “enquirers” about payment.

Plus you did the shop. That's hardly worth $50.
