Is it just me, but do evaluations seemingly get longer in real time?

Just wondering, especially shops with narratives, do evaluations get longer in real time. I swear, I think I have only a couple of more frames before I'm finished, and two more pop up. Then, another one. What the what? What appeared to be an evaluation that might take 30 minutes turns into 2 hours sometimes because additional questions requiring narratives pop up. Is it just me?

Hmmm. Yes and no. I feel that with ACL. Somehow their narratives feel longer even though they are shorter and simpler than other companies. There is something about having it all broken up.
That is exactly right. It took me a while to figure out why their reports seemed so "hard" compared to others. (That plus the fact that there is a fair amount of repetition of the questions.) Still, the way they have it laid out takes me longer to complete reports. I do a fair amount of flipping from tab to tab as I work, so it takes me longer to finish.

Well, "different strokes....." as the saying goes. I find ACL reports simple and easy. Maybe their restaurant shop reports are different ? I do hotels, convenience/gas places, and quick service lunches for them, as well as all levels of senior living. Love being able to see the full guidelines before accepting the shops !

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
It is said, that if a frog is placed in cold water and slowly warmed, it will not exit the pot, but that if dropped into a hot liquid, it will quickly jump out. 13 years ago, I was payed $5 to take AN optional pic of an eatery. In that I was there, it was only logical to add to my fee. Slowly, though, over the years the pic was no longer optional and the number increased, but the fee remained the same; if one factors inflation, the fee actually decreased. It is the responsibility of a successful contractor to draw the line on what is or is not acceptable. After all, we are not employees.
