There are a ton of BPs in my area that haven't been scooped up yet & they pay $19. I was thinking about trying one since they pay more than Shell and I already have a vest just need to get a name tag. Do they ever offer these jobs in the spring or summer? I need to get a pair of cheap gloves & cut the tips off so I can work my phone.
they are already $22 fee +3 reimbursement according to the email they just sent.

While it is an ICA violation to say what their MSC would be, my reply is something else....
That station just recently found out their MSC has closed down. These things take time. If they elect to continue their MSC program, this has to happen:

1) Have to research what MSC's are available to them.
2) Have to contact them.
3) Have to take bids
4) Have to have a bunch of executives in a boardroom setting decide their new MSC.

Now, if and when they find that MSC:

5) Have to discuss with MSC the parameters of the project they want to install.
6) MSC has to hire/reassign people to focus on project.
7) MSC and client have to go over the project to make sure everything is good.
(and I am probably missing steps)

Only then, would it the project become available to shoppers. We're not seeing this client again, should they choose to re-start their program to begin with, until the summer at the earliest.

They can do it in a month. They do not have to research anything. They place an announcement for bids and the MS have to find it. The client presents the parameters same as in previous 2 other MS they had done the shops for them in the past and with same report. Do not forget that usually the client is owner of the report format and as they move to other MS the report is identical. It is more straightforward than you think.
