Now if IRS would only get on the ball and announce the business mileage rate for 2020. Speculation is that it will be the same as for 2019, but that is pure speculation. It is only what IRS announces that counts.

I just did mine last nite...had to, when I realized I have some shops for January that needed to go somewhere!! Thanks for the reminder!
I do a new one every quarter. It's easier for me that way. I am spending my day today getting my spreadsheets all up to date.
Oh, hey, let me bring mine over...lol

Shopping domestic and international locations since 2003.
There is another spreadsheet thread in this section. A shopper said he will post one. I don't know how.

Mine is simple. Date, job, fee, reimbursement, milage, non-reimbursable expenses, notes.
I have another page where I track my business receipts.

Seriously, nobody cares that you're offended.
Mine is filled with conditional formatting and links in addition to all of the basics. Even if I could post it, no one would know how to use it.

Conditional formatting for what?

Conditional formatting automatically lets me know (by changing the color of the font) when I have gone over reimbursement or when a payment is late.

The links put my MSC totals on a summary sheet that goes to Tax Dude.

Honny, you need to do a seminar at one of the conferences and teach us how to do that. smiling smiley
