I tried to connect to the business WIFI. I would also like know other ideas.

Sometimes a few feet can make a difference. Even how you hold the phone and at what angle can occasionally matter.

On some app shops I’ve had to actually stand outside the store to get a signal. I then reentered the location to continue the shop. Seemed to work as the questions were apparently buffered. My answers were uploaded after I left the location.
