I did not get this notification. I was at the end of a report when the system showed this. Have the information I entered been lost ?
Second day in a row with no warning. This I getting old fast. I'm 150 miles from home with 16 JITB shops to finish tonight. Think I'm going home again.

It was a PLANNED outage. Every SASSIE MSC knew about it. Whether or not they told their shoppers is on them. Christine posted it here for everyone, not just her shoppers.
Was the first outage planned? I never read anything about it...

The second one I saw on the site.
The downtime on Saturday was planned, which is why I was able to post about it on the Wednesday before. When SASSIE does regularly schedule maintenance, it is almost always on the second or third Saturday of the month, starting at 9pm ET. When they notify us, I try to post on here and Shoppers' View's Facebook page. I hope it helps!

Edited to clarify: The first outage on Friday was not planned. I have not heard what happened to cause it.

And that's the problem of course. Three Sassie companies and no notification from any of them. I found out here about the second.

One scheduler got *itchy with me because it "was only two hours." Umm . . . Try route shopping in the middle of nowhere and see how you like it. Sometimes things happen. I understand. But when things can be planned, it makes for less ticked off shoppers. Nothing bad comes from communication.
