Like all companies there are editors who are very picky and others that are not. I do shops for a different msc ..about 20-25 per mont. In over two years I have never gotten anything but a 10. Then last month the editor asked me to put in a ton of info that did not seem required or never had been before. This was over three or four requests that kept escalating the "required" answers. I fixed them all but it took a long time and got an 8 on every shop. That was I hope the first and last time that I will deal with that editor. This month I am back to 10 on all my reports again.
Like the shopper who said a company should not be judged based on what one employee did that was bad, this is true of editors as well. We all have schedulers and editors we would like to avoid as some of them are harsher on their shoppers than others. Bottom line it would not hurt to call and ask if you can be reinstated. This may have happened thru an automatic algorithm but it may have been a real person making the decision to drop you and if someone else looks it over they may reconsider.

This doesn't sound like an issue of editors being picky.... But I agree it can't hurt to call and ask for reconsideration. But if I were the OP, I'd be ready to admit I screwed up and assure them that I won't make the same mistakes again.

I just found out after two years of doing the same hamburger shop my services are no longer needed because I had 5 invalid shops in two years. All the time my schedulers were telling me that I was their best shopper and they were constantly asking me to them favors. I would suggest that people should be leery of hamburger shops that serve peanuts because the rating company will drop you sooner or later. The same thing happened to my daughter from the same rating company.

This could also be a case of deactivating due to two accounts that have logged in on with the same IP address.
