Why did the survey fail to open (and why was the incomplete form accepted automatically as completed?)

Hmm. This is not a generic Sassie issue, based upon the fact that my other Sassie reports were completed and submitted as usual.

The company changed last year to another name and reporting style, but it is still basically Sassie. This old/new survey requires the shop id number as part of an apparent address.This was odd. Inserting it with and without the apparent address never opened a report. (I tried every option that I could think of.) I sent an e-mail to the editor. But I wanted to hear from the forum. Has anything like this happened to you? Have your reports ever been slurped up before you were ready to release them?

Yeah, I have had editors jump the gun and finalize reports I wasn't done with in Sassie. I had clicked save, went to go do something (like eat, pee, shower, etc.) and came back to find that some editor jumped the gun and finalized my report.

Sorry that happened. That happened to me with Sassie shops, long ago.

I found out what happened. It was me. All me! I needed a different browser and instructions. Then, I ran into trouble with the images and will probably not be paid... but now I know that I should stick with the familiar Sassie format, use others sparingly, and avoid the rest. *sigh* [but it's okay. i can make up the shop money by postponing hair color for a few weeks.]
