I get job opportunities that have the words "mystery shopping" in them. I got a kick out of this one that had being prepared for mystery shoppers right in the job description:
Demonstrate excellence in execution of selling skills, and selling strategy as evidenced by coaching forms and Customer Metrics (NPS and Mystery Shops).
