I guess they think they are on par with Smashburger since they are a no fee-paying shop. And not even full reimbursement.

They will actually do full reimbursement but only for the items they tell you to order. And you are only allowed to order the small curly fries and small drink. The guidelines say ".. if it costs more than the reimbursement amount, please know we WILL reimburse you the full amount you paid as long as all guidelines were followed.."
I guess nobody in my town wanted to do the Arby's for free. The MSC just added a $5 fee to the job.
After last week’s shop I will no longer do Arby shops. They were short-staffed. I arrived and was the only customer there. It still took 10 minutes for the cashier to acknowledge me. Apparently drive-thru is more of a priority to them. Then it took 8 minutes to get my food. The turkey bacon sandwich was cold and nasty. No napkins on the condiment stand, spills all over counter. So I did the shop for free and didn’t even eat more than a required bite. What a waste of time.
