How much work involved in the Wyndham Resort Evaluations?

I'm considering a couple of these that are near together. There's no fee, but I'm so cold I'm willing to travel on my own points. Wondering how extensive the reporting is; I'm not willing to do two without fees if they're going to be Coyle-level.

Thanks in advance.

Definitely NOT Coyle level. When I did it, it was great that Wyndham gifted me with a $100 MasterCard (or Visa) gift card. The narrative and straight forward and not exhausting and the PM for the MSC is great to work with.

Buuuuut, it was tough convincing the salesman to continue with the presentation because I went as a single guy. But after I reeled him in to encourage his presentation, he was trying his butt off on closing on the sale... Grabbing managers, treating me out for food and drinks, etc. I felt bad, then I remembered that it’s work and the resort I had was beautiful!

Thanks. I'm looking at the No Sales Presentation ones. Same level of reporting?

Ah, I personally can’t speak on those shops, but if that one is also recorded, I’d speculate the report isn’t too narrative intensive, especially when comparing it to a Coyle type of narrative lol.

I've done them - NOTHING like Coyle, more like ACL level - maybe a little more. The properties are not that nice. They are not recorded. However, if it's someplace you really want to go and it's an expensive area (Hawaii for example) I can see how the value proposition might be there.

I agree MickeyB. Wyndham is only. a step above Holiday Inn IMHO.

Agree as well. I did one that was next to a train station with trains running all night.

Agreed.
Wyndham properties are "beautiful resorts" in the same sense that Olive Garden is "Fine Italian Dining."

I genuinely enjoy the Darden chain, including Olive Garden. Beautiful restaurants.

ROFLMAO. Stop.
The last time I went to OG they had their Buy One Take One deal. It was in the course of microwaving and eating the "take one" at home that I realized that what I was eating was exactly what they are serving. They pull it out of the freezer, microwave it, sprinkle some herbs or whatever on it, and advertise "fresh ingredients". The food's not bad, but once I realized they are serving frozen dinners I lost all interest and haven't been back.
From what I understand they are not assigning more than 1 per shopper per the email they sent out several days ago. I also understand that they will not give timeshare shops to someone who hasn't done other shops. I have no personal experience with this company but another shopper told me that. I applied for the St Thomas one and it was assigned to someone else, so that is at least consistent.
