Question - Regarding Compliance Audits

Hi there! I'm working for MarketForce, and doing a Compliance shop. It is announced, and my CPI/Paperwork says to call at least 48 hours ahead to let them know that I'll be coming. Makes sense.

My question is specifically in regards to calling ahead over weekends. My shop is on Monday, and I am not sure whether I'm okay calling tomorrow (Friday), or if I should wait until Saturday. It says "at least", so I figured I'd give them a call during "business hours" - aka 9-5 M-F. But it's retail, so I guess that doesn't really apply?

This is my first one of these and I don't want to mess it up, you know?

You can call either Friday or Saturday. Your concern needs to be complying with the guidelines. Don't worry they are used to these. I have called in advance before and the person I talked to forgot to tell anyone. Everything was still fine.
