Mobiaudit issues

I did three post office shops today. When I tried to complete the reports on my phone I got an error message. I could complete the form but some information didn't attach correctly and I ultimately had to come home and finish up on my laptop. Is anyone else having issues with the app?

I did four postal shops today and didn’t have any issues. I also did 7 gas stations from a different MSP with MobiAudit. What was the error message?
It said there was a problem executing the script, with an error code of Q25702QE and several lines of code. I wondered if the app had been upgraded and I didn't have the most current version, but sent a screenshot of the message to the company asking for advice.

I get that error message all the time (not sure if it's the same code), but I bypass it and never have a problem filling in and submitting the report.
I also get that error message on every assignment and just ignore it.

I just looked. It is the same error code. But, I have been getting the same error message for about a year? Never affected the input of my shops, though. I am going to the playstore to see if there are any updates available and if so, I will download and let you know if it affects the error message.
So yes, there was an update available. I downloaded it, refreshed Mobi, and opened up a survey. The error message is still there.
Thanks for all the information. Yesterday I tried to ignore the message, but half of my data wouldn't insert correctly. I ended up uploading the photos from my phone and doing the rest on Chrome, which seems to be the MSCs preferred browser. (They do NOT like Firefox!)

Yup. I got an email from an editor this morning telling me I hadn't input one receipt number correctly. When I looked, it was WAY more than just a typing error. Numbers were missing, including the entire last section.

Me too! As it stands now I won't be using the app until next week. Then I'll see.

You can update the browser and you can also update PRL and profile in the phone's system settings. Sometimes that improves service & functionality.
