There is already two threads on this that have a lot of replies. Perhaps someone there who has posted can offer some guidance. I recall one saying they emailed the scheduler.

Jack from SASSIE here, speaking on behalf of the Presto Team and the Mystery Shopping Company:

Please don’t post answers here, as that violates the program’s Terms of Service and simply causes our team to change the certification test. It really doesn’t do others a favor either, as the shop is fairly involved and we really want to avoid shoppers doing lots of work and travel and doing a shop that gets rejected.

We did see that folks were having some difficulty (very sorry about that, we really do want people to pass!) so we ran some analysis on the submitted certification tests to see if there was a particular question or two that seemed particularly troublesome - unfortunately there wasn’t any particular pattern we could identify to make the test easier to pass.

If any shoppers who did pass have any insights on what we could improve, please feel free to private message me here.

It would be really helpful if the question missed would be highlighted. That way the guidelines could be consulted before retaking it. I have found it very frustrating to not have a clue if I missed one question or more and which one it was.
I passed it the first time but cannot find out how much gas and inside purchase to make.
Your questionnaire is rigged!! I’ve done BP shops for other mystery shop companies for years and completed each quiz 100% no issues every time. Now that they are one Presto, a few questions now ask things that aren’t even listed in the guide on any page like “Unbranded Diesel Pumps under BP canopy pictures “. Guide makes no reference whatsoever to that question!! Secondly “ Question about Reference objects in infraction photos” No reference at all in the guide whatever that relates to that question, third “ Question about infractions on opposite sides of the the pump” Guide makes no reference to that once again” fourth “ when it comes to dirt, dust and stains question” those three words come together nowhere at all together throughout the entire questionnaire. Every shop in my area has all purple pins still available!! No other time whatsoever has not one single shop even been taken by now. Clearly whoever made the questions need to follow previous company structures because the questions they asked CLEARLY you could read or find in the guide!!

Agree. I typically have no problem passing these little tests. But if the answers can't be found in the guidelines then how are we supposed to get them right? And it doesn't show us which questions we missed. Do something to make this test passable or I will just move on to other kinds of stations. I don't need this headache.
The question about the object to show location of infraction is not in the manual. The manual says to put a focal point next to a pothole to show size of infraction. Question one says to have a copy of the manual. The manual says that you will have a digital copy for reference.

The presto app is so slow I have just given up and moved to went to the next shop and let that shop expire. I have done a lot of presto shops and have never had a problem like this. You cant check in. it is not worth my time to sit for 15 min to check in.

There is no minimum purchase or gas amount. I have gotten $1 of gas before.

I want to see where i get a wrong answer or i am not try take test any more i waste my time
Why don't they just send it back to the previous company? It shouldn't matter now.
I finally passed it after failing several times. I kept the guidelines up while taking th ed quiz and used the find function to search words used in the questions to be led to where that topic was discussed within that large document. I hope this helps! It was a frustrating experience.
I good knowing you pass I am not taking that test again, but will do sassier that presto instant shop offer client mystery shop

Unrelated to the question but to your check-in comment...don't worry if the check-in says that you are not at the location (one today told me that I was 5 miles from where I actually was located) it will still let you open the report. Just periodically try re-checking in and it should eventually work. There seemed to be no rhyme or reason to when it would work, sometimes it was from the opposite side of the lot, sometimes from the inside of the store. I had one location (in the boonies so that could be the issue) that never worked so I reported the location and was still paid for it.
OK, I'm stumped. I attempted to pass the certification and failed. I agree with previous posters that some of the questions asked are not discussed in the guidelines. I think I know the answers based on previous experience doing these shops, but cannot tell which ones I missed. However the real problem for me is that I cannot figure out how to get back to retake the certification test. I go back to re-select the location I wanted to shop to retake the test. I get a message stating "You must verify your email before starting another evaluation" I hit the button to reverify. It takes me back to the map. I re-select the location and then get the same message again. I am now in an endless loop. I don't get it. I never started any evaluation. I just want to certify. If it is this difficult just to get certified for a shop that I have done successfully at least 1,000 times previously, both for the current MSC as well as the previous one, I want no part of it.

Well, I ranted too soon. I figured it out. You have to physically go to your email, and locate a message from Presto to re-verify the email. Respond to the email and then you can re-take the test. I did and have now certified. Hope the rest of this process is not as confusing as this has been.

Try checking all the boxes on 1 & 6. I don’t see where you must have a paper copy but perhaps I missed it.

I always pass quizzes with 100% but can't pass this one. I have easily passed all other gas station audits. I read the 88 pages TWICE without knowing what questions I got wrong I can not fix this. If you have passed the daylight audit please email me @ steelcityrelay@yahoo.com

You guys who have not passed yet, email the scheduler. I did and they sent me an email telling me which questions I had wrong.
Took me two times to pass the test. Failing any test is irritating to me in general. Both tries, I kept the shopper guide open like jlcarter1975 did and searched key words in questions that I was stumped on in order to find the answer. It would have been super helpful to know which ones I got wrong the first time around or at lest how many I got wrong.

So you passed the quiz but have NO CLUE about one of the most basic things on that shop?!

I have completed HUNDREDS of these, with the 'old' company and some when they first went to the 'new' company.
Failed the quiz twice, said forget it!

From what I've read here some VERY competent shoppers have failed. It's an issue with how the questions are worded.
