Shops show open but calendar has no available dates

Has anyone else noticed there are several shops through sassie that are open, but when you go to sign up for them, no dates on the calendar are available to shop?

Anything I can do about this besides emailing the company? One is a company i haven't shopped for yet, so I don't have contact info.

I see that happen pretty often. I end up having to email scheduler.

The only times I've seen that are when I was ineligible for the shop.

I have had the same experience. I emailed the scheduler and was told that shoppers who are out of rotation and/or do not meet the demographic for the shop will not see any available dates.

I’ve seen it happen when I am definitely qualified - including rotation issues. Sometimes, the scheduler/project manager, being human, makes a typo. If I really want the shop, I’ll email and inquire.

It can be that you are not in rotation, not in the demographic that they are looking for, or there are multiple shops for that location, and a certain number of days need to be in between shops.

It could also be a typo by the scheduler. It is best to ask.

The other thing that often happens to me is that I keep looking at it and finally realize the month that is up is the end of this month and the shops are available for next month. I say Duh every time that happens. lol. So just look at the top and make sure you don't have to forward to the next month.

Make sure that you are looking at the right month on the calendar.

That's been my experience with two popular restaurant chains that are shopped multiple times per month. The scheduler has to assign manually.
