Amazon Fresh Shopped

Just curious if Amazon's home delivery for groceries is ever shopped. I know the name of the MSC can't be given, but was wondering. Thanks for any help.

Hey buddy. I dont know the answer to your question but Walmart's grocery pickup and delivery is shopped.

That is why Sears and KMart are gone they were not mystery shopped enough or if they were no one paid attention to the reports.

Sears and Kmart was beyond repair and mystery shopping wouldn’t have helped them.

Walmart and Amazon has both had lackluster service up to now, yet they’re still the top dogs, with or without mystery shopping.

Shopping the Greater Denver Area, Colorado Springs and in-between in Colorado. 33 year old male and willing to travel!

The closest thing I've seen is Whole Foods Delivery/Pick-up, Amazon Prime Now alcohol delivery, and Walmart Delivery/Pick-up.

I don't know what version of Amazon you're shopping at but their customer service is top notch. They are known to go out of their way to make customers happy.

I agree, as both a buyer and a seller, I have never ever had a problem with Amazon and their customer service.

Sears and KMart were shopped every month by the defunct MS. They were also shopped for inventory registers audit. Amazon and Whole Foods are shopped by their competitors and by a state attorney general. Fedex and a different MS than their regular one shopped amazon.com for the USPS. I have never seen amazon shop themselves and I know from someone that has worked for one of their subsidiaries that amazon shops herself internally. They do both quality audits for time delivery, as well as phishing to verify how employees make delivery and whether they steal merchandise.
