I currently have completed 20+ BP audits within the last few weeks. All were approved, until today. One got flagged for revision for something that is referred in the original guidelines, but not in the update by a low level reviewer. I disputed this because this same reviewer has asked for things before not required and I was able to get the shops approved.
So it got escalated. The "Senior" manager person completely AVOIDED discussing that the update did not reflect what they were asking for and because they were one of the authors apparently of the documents told me i should have read the shopper guidelines. I did. But then you submitted an update. I followed the update. Also, they clearly took it to heart that I was critical of the project as a whole, which has been a clustermuck (they had to have a 1 1/2 hour meeting about this mess earlier this week, mostly about how the needed app to complete the shop doesn't work). That shop was rejected by the "Senior" manager I disagreed with. And then the "SENIOR" manager, reviewed my next shop and requested approximately 13 revisions. 13!!!!!!!! How convenient. How did I go from 20 plus shops being approved to 13 revisions being requested on ONE shop? AFTER of course I disagreed with said "Senior" manager. WOW. Talk about being petty. This was my first time working on these types of audits for this company. I have been mystery shopping for years and have NEVER encountered such incompetence and deliberate sabotage from a company!
