El Pollo Loco

I’m on a shop right now. Is anyone else bothered by the loud chopping sounds from the prep area? Maybe it’s just me as I am sensitive to loud noises in general. One of the reasons I’m not in favor of open concept homes touted so much on the HG channel. Too much noise from the kitchen!

I'm more concerned about finding a table that has been wiped in the last three or four hours. I'll pay attention next time and report back.

I work in a lab where a co-worker sets numerous timers, in 2 minute increments, and lets them go off for the first 4 hours of a shift over and over when I am working with her. It makes me edgy.
Unfortunately the report does not allow any narrative. I could report that the fountain was not stocked but couldn’t report that they were out of Horchata. The outside lights were on except the main name sign was not lit. Again I couldn’t specifically report it. Of course no where to report loud kitchen noises.

I meant I'd report back to you. Either you're right or you are loco yourself.

I was just commenting on the MSC’S report form and the inability to make any narrative comments on it. My post had nothing to do with yours.

Well I prefer it that way. I don’t get paid by the word. I have the reports down to less than five minutes for all clients. Makes for a good hourly rate.

I agree, the short form is generally great. However there are times that I would like to add a specific comment to either clarify an answer to a question or provide some info that I feel the client should know. An optional narrative box at the end would help.
Just provide answers that they ask for and move on to the next one...

Yeah, I think she knew that but her reply was so funny I was rolling on the floor.

Me too! I am bothered even more by the noise when doing a drive-thru shop. Drive-thru is all I do since they lowered the job fee, and I don't even do those often.
