There is one MSC for which I work that vocally requires that the time stamp be "on."

BG, all of the video cash integrity shops that I do absolutely require the time to be on and correct. That includes about 10+ different clients.

Like bgriff said, I never have. Unless, of course, you absolutely have to have a time stamp on your video copy.
